History of the Mancini Torlonia Palace

1a04450d-75e6-40c0-86a1-42db5de0d9d3

Immersed in history, you will have the opportunity to experience the characteristic historic center without giving up the comforts of a luxurious hotel.
The Palace, originally belonging to the Croce family (15th century), was purchased around the mid-1500s by Mario Carlo Mancini and then passed to the Torlonia family. The frescoes of the Zuccari school and the mosaics of the courtyard were created by the same artists as Villa d'Este.
Over the centuries, it has hosted two popes and was visited by Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria.
